Animals are incredibly attuned to the energy around them, making them naturally receptive to the gentle healing of Reiki. Offering Reiki to your cherished pet isn’t just an act of comfort—it’s a powerful way to deepen your bond and support their overall well-being. Reiki can benefit pets in many ways, including: -Easing anxiety, stress, and nervousness -Promoting relaxation and a sense of calm -Supporting recovery after surgery, injury, or trauma -Boosting energy levels and overall vitality -Helping pets cope with grief, depression, or the loss of a companion As a certified Reiki Master with specialized training in Animal Reiki, I offer customized sessions for dogs and cats. Each session is pet-led, allowing them to choose the duration and whether they prefer hands-on or distance healing—both of which are equally effective. Physical contact is never necessary for Reiki to work. Sessions can take place in your home or yard, or virtually over Zoom. Your pet is free to move, play, or rest while I channel Reiki energy to them. Many pets instinctively relax, lie down, or even drift into sleep, experiencing a profound sense of peace and balance. Reiki is always gentle and can never cause harm; it flows for your pet’s highest good. However, I ask that you remain nearby during the session to observe their comfort. If any signs of restlessness or discomfort arise, the session will be respectfully concluded. While Reiki is a valuable complement to veterinary care, it is not a substitute for medical treatment. I honor any existing treatment plans your pet may have and encourage open communication with your veterinarian about integrating Reiki into their care. Your pet’s health, happiness, and well-being are always my top priority.
